Your Bio

My interest in photography goes way back to when I went out with my father, who was a newspaper reporter and often did his own shooting for the stories like-auto accidents. He used to tell me about what made a good picture to go with his story. It wasn't until 1984 that I started serriously doing photography for a hobby. Then several years ago after a long and serious health crisis, I picked up the camera and just began taking pictures like crazy to keep my mind off my medical situation. Then someone said, "you very good, you should do this professionally." So here I am. I once heard a great man say, "pursue your passion and do what you love and you will never 'have' to go to work a day in your life-you'll go willingly and happilly." I think I know what he ment now.

Black Hat Photography specializes in several photography modes, most of them have to do with people in action doing what they do in everyday life, rather than lined up against a wall in some studio being posed.
